By accessing, downloading, or otherwise using the App, you acknowledge and consent to the provisions of this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using the App.
We hereby grant you a restricted, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App solely for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple-branded devices owned or controlled by you, in strict adherence to the Usage Rules outlined in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

All payments for the App and its associated services are processed through Paddle.com Market Limited (“Paddle”), which acts as the Merchant of Record. By completing a purchase, you agree to Paddle’s terms and conditions. Pricing is subject to modification without prior notice, and all fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
For purchases made via the Apple App Store, payments are managed by Apple, and such transactions are governed by Apple’s terms and conditions. Inquiries or disputes concerning these payments must be directed to Apple.
Subscription plans may include grace periods during which premium features remain accessible despite temporary payment issues. The duration and application of these grace periods are subject to the policies of Apple’s App Store or Paddle.
We offer a variety of subscription models, including monthly, annual, and lifetime plans. Detailed information about these plans, including pricing and included features, is provided within the App at the point of purchase and in our Pricing Policy.

Your privacy is of paramount importance to us. The collection, usage, and disclosure of your personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is hereby incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By using the App, you consent to our data practices as detailed in the Privacy Policy.
The App may automatically collect non-identifiable information, such as usage metrics and device identifiers, to enhance functionality and user experience. All personal data collection complies with applicable privacy legislation.
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. This includes, but is not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a specific purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, we disclaim all liability for any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

This Agreement remains effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will be automatically revoked if you breach any of its terms. Upon termination, you must discontinue all use of the App and delete any copies in your possession.
You acknowledge that Apple is a third-party beneficiary to this Agreement and is entitled to enforce its terms as though it were a direct party.
By continuing to use the App, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Agreement.
