You may request a refund within 14 calendar days of your initial purchase, and we will issue a full refund. This policy applies only to new customers and does not apply to subscription renewals or subsequent purchases.
Unless otherwise provided by law, by a particular service offer, or if you qualify for the 14-day Money Back Guarantee, all purchases are final and non-refundable. This refund policy does not affect any statutory rights that may apply.

If you are entitled to a refund, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
